Prof. Dr. Kürşat Esat ALYAMAÇ participated in the "JICA Tokyo Center Seismic Retrofitting Workshop," hosted by the JICA Tokyo Office. During the program, earthquake mitigation and risk reduction initiatives in Japan were examined through on-site inspections.
